Meet Brody, a one-year-old rough collie puppy who just might be what you need to make your life complete. He loves people and other dogs and has been around children. He has been around cats and gets along with them as well. Brody wants all the petting. He is still working on not jumping on people and is doing much better. He is a young lad after all
Brody loves to explore his surroundings if in a less busy area. He likes walks in quiet places and is still working on walks in noisier areas. He is crate trained and potty trained. He is even daycare approved! When at daycare, he will try to get every other dog to play with him. If a dog is shy, he will pester him until they decide to play. Brody would do best in a home with another dog. He still needs the confidence of the other dog. He gets along with big and little dogs but can play rough, but he takes correction well.
Brody is a counter surfer. He will take something and proudly run around with it in his mouth. However, he is happy to give up the item when asked. Luckily, treats are his best friend; he is food motivated and very trainable. Brody has recently learned to jump into a car. He will try to get in the driver's seat if allowed but stays in the back seat after being told to stay. He will sit when asked and is working on other tricks. He stands nicely for grooming. These are great achievements for one so young.
Brody is an energetic puppy learning to navigate his world. He is smart, friendly, and affectionate. This handsome happy sable boy needs someone willing to continue his puppy training and confidence building. In return, he will be your best friend and lifelong companion. This is a deal too good to pass up. Complete an application for Brody.
